Walker was born 1976 in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Walker is an American citizen with African descendance. She is the daughter of Harvey Welker a Native American father, and Julie Welker an African-American mother. The mother of the family is an agent and her father is a civil engineer. Her graduation from Germantown Friends School, located in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, in the year 1994. Then, in 1998 she received her degree in 1998 from Harvard College with a Bachelor's degree. Welker is happily married for more than 20 years with John Hughes who is a prominent marketing director for Merck Philadelphia. The couple are parents to two kids. In 2014 they began having an affair with one other. John, her husband is a year younger than her. Their relationship was progressing so well that they took their relationship to a new level. On the 4th March 2017 they got married. Their wedding took place within Philadelphia Pennsylvania. At the Hyatt The Hyatt, they had the wedding of a lifetime.  Carter was born in Phoenix as the daughter Juanita (nee Cordova), and Colby Carter. Her mother comes from Mexico, is Mexican, Spanish and French. Carter is the younger sister of Vincent and a brother and Pamela as a sister. Carter was 5 years old when she made her public TV debut on Lew Kings Talent Show. Carter joined a band called Just Us in high school. The group played marimba, conga drum as well as an acoustic guitarist as well as a stand-up bass that was played by another girl in the group.
