Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he is known for the pop world is an British composer and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, along with three of his classmates, created a band group called White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they took home the trophy. Though he's been interested in music, he also interested in becoming an lawyer or physiotherapist. When he worked in the city's bakery Harry Styles could afford to provide for his family. Harry Styles, in 2010 made an audition for The X Factor. His song Is not She Lovely was performed by Stevie Wonder. His group was compelled to disband due to the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part the group that would later be called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to join the group in 2010. They performed tracks like My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. The group was one of the potential winners for the award. They were in third position after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle, who took home the prize. Harry Styles did not receive a prize, however Cowell made a deal worth 2 million pounds with One Direction in order for them to join Syco Records.
